Elephant Grounds Cafe

Lovely! Popped into here on a whim for brunch and so glad we did! I had a toasted chicken avocado cheese and mayo sandwich and asked if they could leave the avo on the side because I have a thing about warm avo lol! Yes absolutely was the reply and they did - coffee was lovely and hubby’s chips perfect he said! Nice and clean airy atmosphere- we chose to sit outside because of the lovely weather but inside also looked inviting- service quick and with a smile - thank you lovely ladies for having us

Today we had another outing with our puppy Harry… we weren’t sure if we could stop at a cafe as Harry was yelping and we didn’t want to ruin people’s experience. The owners @elephantgroundscafe were lovely and even provided some treats for Harry! Another good socialisation and desensitisation experience.

The food is good and the staff are always friendly however they always seem to close early which can be frustrating when you're trying to grab lunch at 1:15pm and they're meant to be open until 2pm. Worth a visit but I'd plan for breakfast/brunch as there is no guarantee they'll be open past 12pm

Nice food and the service was great. Salt and pepper in packets was kind of ordinary, even the cheaper cafes manage proper salt and pepper. Probably wont go back. So many amazing cafes on the Gold Coast and it was nice, just not amazing.

So so good!! Tried many cafe’s avo toastie but this one is the best I can say, quantity was worth the pay. And also love the service, very friendly staff

I dropped into Supercheap a few days ago and was knocked off my feet by the cafe aroma coming from Elephant Grounds which is right next door! So i made a quick diversion and was greeted by an amazing woman (the cafe owners) who took my order of Potato Wedges, Sour Cream and Sweet Chili Sauce and of course a Mug of Latte (full cream). I sat down next to a family who had the most delightful Black Springer Spaniel. Service was brisk! Atmosphere excellent! and the Coffee and food fabulous! 10/10. I'll be back! Highly recommended!

My partner and I come here all the time, and it’s always amazing. The breakfast is consistently delicious—fresh, filling, and full of flavour. The coffee is the best around, no question. We usually get Brekky and coffee for both of us for under $50, and we always leave completely full and happy. Plus, our dogs get free treats every time, which is such a lovely touch. Great food, great value, and a super welcoming atmosphere—highly recommend!
